Natasha (N): how was the recent UK tour?
Jared Leto (JL): It’s been really great; it was the tour of a life time to tell you the truth. We just finished the last show of our tour last Saturday (4th of December), and I’m now sad to say that it just went to quick. Now we are concentrating on our European tour it’s been a long time since we’ve toured in some countries, so it will be nice to go back.

(N): Has the visual side of your music always been an important aspect to your music?
(JL): Yes, the videos have always been a pretty big part of what we do and of who we are. We always have a lot of fun with them. I’ve always thought of our music videos as little films and they are just as important to us as the music is, it has been a blessing to be able to make them.

(N): Your fans have always been an important part of what you are doing. How important are they to you?
(JL): Our fans are probably the most important part of what we do, without them we would be no where. We don’t think of them as our fans, more like a big family. And at every gig we do, we are welcoming more people into our worldwide family.

(N): Up till now what would you say the best gig you’ve ever played was?
(JL):  It’s hard to pick just one show, each time they just get better and better.

(N): What would you say the best part of the night was for you?
(JL): I love interacting with the fans and getting them involved with the songs. It’s a great feeling when your family (the fans) sing along with you and really go for it. The highlight of the night, if I had to pick, was the last song of the night, when I had my fans up on stage with me, I just love connecting with them.

(N): What did you think of your support band Enter Shikari?
(JL): One word… WOW! They really got the crowd going.

This is the interview i have made for my double page spread. The interview is with the lead singer of 30 seconds to mars. I have done this as most rock magazine have interviews with bands.
